Unit4 SaaS. Unit4 offers cloud enterprise solutions as Software as a Service: Unit4 SaaS – a software as a service delivery model deployed on Microsoft Azure. The model leverages Microsoft Azure’s scale and experience of running highly secure and compliant cloud services around the globe. Microsoft Azure’s infrastructure is second to none in terms of physical and electronic security, and it adheres to industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 1 & 2, PCI DSS and many more.
G7 works closely with our partner QuickThink Cloud for Unit4 ERP Cloud Hosting and Technical Managed Service. Our teams and helpdesks link seamlessly to provide a comprehensive support solution with a single point of contact. In addition to this, the services include 24/7 system monitoring and manned support of both standard server statistics and also highly tailored Unit4 ERP-specific monitoring tools. Due to the nature of the Unit4 ERP architecture, more often than not QuickThink Cloud will discover and resolve an issue before the customer has even realised that a problem existed. Again, flexibility is key, with all of this provided in a true cloud environment which scales up and down as per your requirements, with 24/7 proactive monitoring. Contracts are available with monthly billing and the ability to increase or decrease system size throughout your journey.
G7 can also provide technical services for areas such as upgrades for on-premise customers, through QuickThink Cloud.
The hosting solution then provides a 99.9% uptime for unrivalled availability and system uptime. All services have HA (High Availability) and all datacentres have diverse power and comms links for massive resilience. Full disaster recovery and ‘point in time’ recovery is included, with continuous replication to a secondary datacentre and extensive RTO / RPO options.
Again, flexibility is key, with all of this provided in a true cloud environment which scales up and down as per your requirements, with 24/7 proactive monitoring. Contracts are available with monthly billing and the ability to increase or decrease system size throughout your journey.
