Case Study
Some G7 AMS Customers
Plymouth College of Art and Design
The Plymouth College of Art and Design were looking for extra insurance / assistance for the support of their U4BW system, especially around workflow and the HESA module.
They signed an Application Managed Service agreement with G7 in May 2016 and continue to use the service today.
University Role of Bath
The University of Bath had been an Application Managed Service customer of G7 for many years on the Lawson product and only moved away when they moved to the U4BW (Agresso) product. When G7 launched the service for the U4BW product, the University were keen to receive the same level of service to support their use of U4BW and therefore re-signed an Application Managed Service contract with G7 in 2015.
Shaw Trust
The Shaw Trust originally employed G7 to work through a list of issues. They have since taken some on-site consultancy and more recently a monthly Application Managed Service agreement, to provide ongoing help and assistance.
Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust
Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust signed an Application Managed Service agreement with G7 in April 2016.
Since then they have used the service for general help and queries, ‘how do I’ questions and assistance with an upgrade.
How did we do?
“The support service we have received from G7 has been a breath of fresh air. We have been very impressed with the speed and efficiency our support calls are dealt with. There is a lot of in-depth knowledge within the team and it is nice to talk to familiar people who understand the system and our local setup. G7 has provided us with a great level of support and advice that has enabled us to improve our system and processes. We would strongly recommend their services.”
