G7 offering remote upgrades and support


We have been asked by some of our customers, if the upgrade they had planned, can still go ahead, and the answer is yes!

G7 has been offering remote upgrades since 2016, and have been successful in upgrading many customers, using this approach.

We have spoken to many of our customers and the feedback is that a lot of you have successfully transitioned to home working and are settling into the new way of working.

Prior to Covid-19 we did attend site for the initial planning meeting and to help with any additional functionality required, however, working with various tools such as Microsoft Teams and other similar technologies as our customers require, has allowed us to also carry out these tasks remotely.  Testing and issue resolution queries are then handled remotely by our Application Managed Service team, as before.
