Continuity of Service
In light of the Prime Minister’s address to the nation on Monday night, G7 wish to reassure our customers that we have already successfully moved our Application Managed Service team to a working from home-based environment. This will protect both our people and our continuity of service to you.
This is not a new scenario for G7, we have long supported the practice and it has been a part of our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery exercises in the past. Please rest assured that we can and will continue to support you and your business through this difficult time.
As regards on-site consultancy, we are working with various tools such as Microsoft Teams and other similar technologies as our customer require, and these allow us to screen share and hold virtual workshops and meetings. We believe that we should be able to migrate almost all of our on-site consultancy, both current and planned, to working in this way for as long as is necessary.
