Supplier offer is for a remote support desk for the Unit 4 Business World (UBW) application. This will add an extra pair of hands to public sector body / local authority support teams and allow G7 to support their UBW / Agresso finance system, whilst they carry out work required for Covid-19 and get accustomed to home working. G7 cover all areas of the UBW system and can assist with calls from users, development projects, system admin functions, reporting and report conversions; all areas required to keep the UBW finance and logistics system running.

This will allow companies to quickly and easily procure our services and get the necessary infrastructure up and running.

G7 have been supplying a remote Application Managed Service since the 90’s, so are in a good position to help you out during these times.
