The G7 Application Managed Service covers the full suite of Unit4 (Agresso) Business World products; Financials, Logistics, Project, Research, Fixed Assets, HR and Payroll. This includes any workarounds in the system, along with AG16 processes, triggers and tools such as the Agresso Report Creator (ARC). Also the full suite of UK products such as CIS.
In addition, the service will support areas written by Unit4 consultancy such as HESA and the Student Record Interface (SRI). For one client we are modifying the set-up of the SRI to make it work more effectively for them.
G7 has been providing both ERP Application and Technical Managed Service for 15 years, for household names such as the Football Pools, Argos and New Look and we opened up this service for our Unit4 (Agresso) Business World clients In October 2015.
The service is run by 10 dedicated support people, 5 of which are ex Unit4 and based out of our new support centre in Portishead. Names you will know and trust and the same people each time you call.
With our Application Managed Service, G7 can talk users through areas such as training issues, how to do things, loading new attributes, reconciliations that are not working, small development projects, help with reports and workflow; anything that a systems administrator / internal support person would normally respond to. In addition, G7 can work with your internal support team to raise their knowledge level.
The service can run standalone or alongside our strong team of Consultants and Project Managers on site.
