Launch of Application Managed Service for Unit4 Agresso products
G7 are excited to announce we are extending our ERP Application Managed Service desk to cover the full suite of Unit4 Agresso products; Financials, Logistics, Project, Research, Fixed Assets, HR and Payroll. This is a service we have been providing for Lawson clients for 15 years for major household names such as Argos, New Look, and the Football Pools.
We are setting up a new support centre near Bristol and are happy to announce that it will be dedicated ex Unit4 support staff running it. Names you will know and trust and the same people each time you call.
The service allows you to ask us about any issue, large or small, whether it be training, issue resolution, housekeeping or small development projects – even support for AG16s. It is one hourly rate for all, not based on type of call and is completely tailorable to your requirements. You can take this service as a continuing support service or for a couple of months to help with resource intensive periods, such as year end’s or go lives’ ; it is your choice.
