HR/ Payroll resource boosted within the G7 AMS team
Due to demand for the G7 Application Managed Service and to ensure we continue to provide a high level of service, Irfan (Iffy) Ahmed joins us from Unit4 today, Monday 20th February. This boosts the G7 Application Managed Service desk to 12 people, including 7 dedicated to the U4BW (Agresso) product. In addition we also have Matt, our internal technical consultant and Juliette Sollars running our project support office.
Iffy has a good in depth knowledge of U4BW HR and Payroll systems and will be a great addition to the team.
During Iffy's time at Unit4 he worked as both an onsite consultant and in the customer support department supporting the HR and Payroll applications. Prior to that he held various support roles at places such as Comtec, NHS Wales Informatics Service, CwmTaf NHS Trust and the Forest of Dean District Council.
With over 20 customers now enjoying the G7 Application Managed Service and many of these with the HR and Payroll applications, Iffy is a great addition to the team.
G7 cover the full suite of Unit4 (Agresso) Business World products; Financials, Logistics, Project, Research, Fixed Assets, HR and Payroll, Reporting, including ARC (Agresso Report Creator), UK products and Tools.
You can use the Application Managed Service for queries, training, issue resolution, housekeeping, testing assistance, loading new data, reporting, assistance with workflows or small development projects – even support for AG16s and triggers; anything your internal systems administrator would cover. It is one hourly rate for all, not based on type of call and is completely tailorable to your requirements.
This is a service we have been providing for Lawson clients for over 20 years for major household names such as Argos, New Look, and the Football Pools and for U4BW (Agresso) clients since October 2015.
